Request Account Deletion — English

You can start a request to delete your account from the DOHA Veterinary Clinic / Doha Veterinary Center app. This page is informational only: it has no form and does not ask you to enter a password or other personal data.

Steps

1. Open the app and sign in. Use the account you want to request deletion for.
2. Go to your Profile. Open the Profile section in the app.
3. Choose Delete Account. Select Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps shown inside the app.
4. Submit the request. The app sends the deletion request to the centre's system for verification and processing.

What happens after the request?

Your request is sent to the centre's system for verification and processing. This page does not create a request or collect data from you. Sending a request does not, from the app alone, establish that all data is permanently deleted immediately; the operator may retain some data where necessary to provide services or meet legal or documentation obligations.
